Because our packets are small enough to send them in envelopes and we send them as fast mail, shipping takes only about 2-10 days. Every order is postage free! Orders below EUR 22,- are always duty-free and most of the customs do not charge for orders up to EUR 50,- as record shows. However, you would get the full refund of all possible charges booked to your customer account! All orders are sent for viewing without purchase commitment. You can send everything back within 10 days if you don't like it or it doesn't fit you. Just put it back into the received packing and send it back to us in an envelope which makes the shipping very cheap. You can put the envelope to any postbox. You will then receive the refund to your customer account in the amount of the returned articles. This means, it will be credited automatically for any future orders. You can also try piercing products and earrings and return them if the size is incorrect or something else does not suit you.
